What is a free business review?
A no-obligation look at how your business runs and where technology is costing you time or money. It starts with a conversation, plus an onsite visit if seeing your setup in person will help. We tell you what we’d fix first and why. If you want our help, we quote the work before anything starts.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Hendersonville and support businesses across Nashville, Sumner County and the rest of Middle Tennessee. Help desk, phone systems and website management work from anywhere, and KIT Fleet customers are supported wherever the road goes.
How much does managed IT cost?
It depends on how many people and devices you have and the level of coverage you want. We offer tiered support packages, from on-demand help to all-inclusive coverage, each at a fixed monthly cost with no hidden fees. A free business review is the fastest way to get a number.
What isn’t included in a support plan?
Network cabling and wiring, custom software development, security cameras and website hosting are billed separately from the support plan. The same team can still do the work; we scope and quote it as its own project or service.
Do you offer onsite support?
Yes. Most issues are solved remotely, but our technicians come on site for hardware installs, network cabling, phone system deployments and anything that needs hands on equipment.
Can we switch phone systems without losing our numbers?
Yes. We port your existing numbers, supply and configure the hardware, and train your team, with minimal to no downtime during the switch.
