Standard Business Hours

Support is available Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST. After-hours assistance is not included with this package.

Remote & Onsite Support

Whether you’re working in-office or remotely, our technicians can assist through secure remote access or onsite visits as needed (billed hourly).

Simple Billing Structure

Billed at a flat hourly rate in 15-minute increments, so you’re only paying for the time used.
