Payment processing
Payment processing for small business, set up around how you sell
Keylink helps you take card and online payments where your customers pay, and connects them to your website, bookings and records.

Get paid in the places your customers pay
Payment processing for small business is how money moves from a customer’s card into your bank: at the counter, on your website, by invoice or as a deposit when someone books. Keylink Innovative Technology helps businesses in Nashville and Middle Tennessee set up payments and connect them to the rest of the business.
Taking payments is easy to start and hard to keep tidy. A card reader at the counter, a payment button on the website, deposit links for bookings and invoice payments can each end up with a different account and a different report.
We help you choose a payment processor, set it up where you take payments and connect it to your website, bookings and point of sale, so the records line up.
- Payments where customers pay: counter, website, invoice or booking.
- Card details handled by the processor, not stored on your website.
- One team that also runs your website and front-office systems.

Who it is for
Businesses that want payments to be simple
This service fits businesses that take money in more than one way.
Deposits for bookings
Customers book a date and pay a deposit before the work starts.
Online payments
A website that should take payments, not just collect inquiries.
Payments at the counter
Card readers and registers that need to connect to the same processor.
Scattered payment records
Several payment accounts and reports that never quite match.
Problem and result
Payments that fit the way you work
Our Biz KIT package shows the approach: clients book, sign and pay through your own payment processor, and we do not take a cut of bookings.
Chasing deposits by phone
Deposit payments connected to your booking process, so the booking and the payment arrive together.
Card numbers in the wrong place
Website payments sent through a payment processor, so card numbers never touch your website.
Too many payment accounts
A review of how you take payments today, with a plan to bring them together where it makes sense.
Payments that do not reach your records
Connections between payments and your other systems, built through our custom software work where needed.

FAQ
Questions about payment processing
Do we keep our own payment processor?
In our Biz KIT package, yes: you connect your own payment processor and we do not take a cut of bookings. For other setups, we review the processor you use now before we recommend any change.
Are card numbers stored on our website?
No. Websites we build that take payments send card details to a payment processor, so card numbers never touch your website.
What will processing cost?
Processing fees depend on the processor and the agreement you sign with it. We do not publish rates on this page. Ask during your business review and we will go through the options with you.
Can customers pay a deposit when they book?
Booking with deposits is part of our Biz KIT package. If you use a different booking system, tell us which one and we will review what is possible.
