Questions about our services
What does Keylink Innovative Technology do?
We build and run the technology businesses depend on: managed IT and networks, business phones, websites, software and payments, plus business reviews that help you decide what to fix first. One accountable team, based in Hendersonville, serves Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
Do we have to use you for everything?
No. You can start with one service and add more when it makes sense. When the same team runs more of your technology, it works together better, but that’s your call.
What does a managed IT support plan include?
Day-to-day support of the technology we manage for you. See Managed IT Services for the details. Network cabling and wiring, custom software development, security cameras and website hosting are billed separately from the support plan, even though the same team does the work.
How are your services priced?
Each service page explains how we quote it. Managed IT is a fixed monthly plan based on your users, devices and coverage. Websites are free to build with our Hosting + Care plan. Projects such as cabling or custom software are quoted after we review the work.
