Business network services and WiFi for Middle Tennessee offices

The network everything else runs on

Our business network services cover the equipment that connects your team: the internet connection, firewall, switches and WiFi. Keylink Innovative Technology plans that network, sets it up and keeps it running for businesses across Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Every other piece of technology in your office depends on the network. Computers, business phones, printers, card readers and cloud apps all stop when it does. A network that grew one device at a time is also hard to fix, because nobody is sure how it was put together.

We start by finding out what you have and how it is connected. Then we set it up so it is documented, protected and easy to support. If you already use our managed IT support, network management can be added to the same plan, with the same team answering the phone.

  • One team for the network, the computers and the phones that run on it.
  • Documented setup, so the next change does not start with guesswork.
  • No markup on equipment when we buy hardware for you.

Who it is for

Businesses that need a network they can count on

Most of our network work starts with one of these situations.

Offices that have outgrown the setup

More people and devices than the network was planned for, and WiFi that drops in some rooms.

A move or a new location

A new office or a second site that needs its network planned before the team arrives.

New phones on the way

Desk phones need switches that can power them and a network set up to carry calls. See our business phone systems.

No one in charge of IT

Nobody on staff knows the passwords, the settings or who installed the equipment.

Problem and result

What changes when the network is looked after

The goal is simple: your team stops noticing the network because it works.

Weak or dropping WiFi

We review where the signal fails and why, then set up the wireless equipment to cover the spaces your team uses.

An open front door

A firewall and clear rules for what can reach your systems, so the network is protected and not just connected.

Nobody knows how it works

Written records of the equipment, settings and connections, kept with the rest of your system documentation.

Equipment left on old settings

Updates and health checks on a regular schedule, so problems are found before they slow the office down.

FAQ

Questions about business network services

Can you work with the equipment we already have?

We review what you have first. Then we tell you what makes sense to keep, what should be replaced and why. You decide before anything is bought.

Is network management part of managed IT support?

Advanced network management is an add-on that can be paired with any of our managed IT support packages. Network cabling is billed separately from the support plan.

Do your technicians come on site?

Yes. Many changes can be made remotely, but our technicians come to your office for installs, hardware problems and anything that needs hands on equipment.

Do you mark up the equipment?

No. When we buy hardware for you, we do not charge extra. We work to get you what you need without overcharging.
